How many people can take part in an Escape London corporate event?+

Escape London can host small teams and large company groups. The Classic 1 Hour package suits groups of up to 25 people, the 1 hour 45 minute experience suits up to 32 people, the 3 Hour Experience suits up to 50 people, and custom corporate events can be planned for up to 120 people across multiple venues.

Which London venue should we choose for our company event?+

Escape London has venues in Shepherd's Bush, Hammersmith, Whitechapel and Islington. The best venue usually depends on your office location, transport plans, preferred date, group size, room availability and whether you need food, drinks or private event space. The team can recommend the most suitable venue when you enquire.

Are corporate escape room bookings private?+

Yes. Corporate events are private for your group, so your team will not be mixed with members of the public. Larger groups can be split into smaller teams across multiple rooms, creating a private head-to-head challenge with scores, photos and post-game celebration time.

How long should we allow for the full corporate experience?+

The escape game itself lasts 60 minutes, and your team should arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time for check-in and briefing. The 1 hour 45 minute package includes the game plus 45 minutes for food and drinks, while the 3 Hour Experience includes two 60-minute games plus time for food, drinks and socialising.

Can we include food, drinks, private space or a meeting area?+

Yes. Food, drinks and private areas can be included depending on the package, venue and group size. The 1 hour 45 minute and 3 Hour Experiences include pizzas and drinks, and custom corporate events can be designed around private areas, meeting time, networking, team awards or a wider company celebration.

Can we pay by invoice or request a corporate quote?+

Yes. Invoice payment is available for corporate events. For the most accurate quote, send your company name, preferred date, rough group size, ideal location, budget, package preference and any food, drink, private space or timing requirements.

Is this suitable for mixed teams, first-time players and non-gamers?+

Yes. Escape rooms work well for mixed departments, new starters, leadership groups and teams with different experience levels. The challenges naturally encourage communication, problem-solving, trust, leadership and collaboration, while the Games Master briefing makes the experience easy for first-time players to enjoy.
