How much are Escape London gift vouchers?

How long is a voucher valid for?
12 months from purchase. The game must be booked and played before the expiry date shown on the voucher.
Which venues and games can it be used at?
Any eligible booking at Shepherd’s Bush, Hammersmith, Whitechapel or Islington. Availability, group sizes, age guidance and prices vary by venue and room.
What if the booking costs more than the voucher?
No problem — vouchers work as full or part payment. Any remaining balance is paid securely at checkout.
How is the voucher delivered?
Digitally, by email, normally shortly after payment clears. Forward it to the recipient or print it at home to give in person.
Can I extend an expired voucher?
Extensions aren’t guaranteed. Requests made before the expiry date may be considered at our discretion and can carry an admin fee. Expired vouchers can’t normally be reinstated.
Are vouchers refundable?
Vouchers are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law. They have no cash value, can’t be exchanged for cash and can’t be used to buy another voucher. Bookings made with a voucher follow our standard cancellation and rescheduling policy.
